Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, as the time is reserved especially for you. While I understand that adjustments to your schedule are sometimes necessary, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of service booked.
